Shop aims hundred "fast food Japanese style" in five years.
"Marugame noodle shop" Sanuki Udon is self expression, and opened its first store in Moscow on February 1.
In Russia, it is very popular sushi and sashimi.
Market may be in a healthy "fast food Japanese style", it aims to 100 stores over the next five years.
Noodle Marugame are doing overseas in four countries, including China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Hawaii and South Korea already.
